I. Applications
The AT series wood crusher utilizes hammer blades and fixed cutters for crushing. It is suitable for crushing blocky wood, bamboo, and bamboo and wood scraps into powder. It changes the current situation where wood crushing plants in engineered wood products use multiple machines, achieving single-machine, one-time crushing with a yield of 5-9 cubic meters per hour, and can directly press into sheets.
II. Working Principle and Structure
The AT series wood crusher consists of upper and lower rotors, hammer blades, inclined blades, toothed plates, a grate screen, a motor, a blower, a vortex separator feeder, and a dust collector bag. During operation, material is evenly fed into the crushing chamber through the inlet by a manual or mechanical feeding mechanism. The crushing chamber contains high-speed rotating hammers, moving blades and toothed plates in the upper part of the machine, and rows of oblique blades in the lower part. The added material is rapidly crushed into filaments and powder under the strong impact of the hammers, the tearing and rubbing between the hammers and toothed plates, and the powerful shearing of the oblique blades. Due to centrifugal force and the negative pressure in the lower chamber of the crusher, the finely crushed material falls onto the lower chamber grate and is then sucked in by the fan. The fan then sends it to the vortex separator for separation, unloading, and bagging. Excess air is filtered and discharged by a dust collector bag.
