Xrido Machinery introduces the Model 600 sawdust crusher, suitable for processing scraps and agricultural/forestry waste.

This is a scene of the equipment being tested on-site with scrap materials. The equipment is equipped with a 30 kW power source, with an hourly output between 1-1.5 tons, depending on the screen mesh size.
The equipment uses an 8mm mesh screen. Waste wood is manually fed into the crusher, where it is crushed by high-speed hammer blows. The finished product falls into a substrate, then is drawn into a cyclone separator by a blower and naturally discharged. This equipment can be used to crush scraps, twigs, branches, peanut shells, straw, and other agricultural/forestry waste, with a wide range of applications. The processed sawdust can be used to make compressed boards, biomass pellets, and machine-made charcoal.
