Wood pellet production lines are suitable for medium to large-scale wood pellet production, featuring high efficiency, good performance, and customizable lines. Raw materials used in biomass pellet production include straw, wood chips, shavings, sawdust, and various shells such as peanut shells, coconut shells, and rice husks.
The produced wood pellets are broadly used in two ways: as animal feed and as various fuels. In either case, simply tell us your needs, and our sales manager will outline the best solution to meet them.

Hammer Mill
– Crushes various raw materials to a certain fineness for further use.
– High efficiency, energy saving, and good performance.
– Can crush even finer powders; different screen sizes are available according to customer requirements.
Mixer
– Thoroughly mixes the raw materials to ensure uniform mixing.
– Labor-saving and highly mechanized.
– Mixers can be selected based on customer production volume.
Dryer

– Reduces the moisture content of the raw materials, preparing them for pelleting.
- Rotary drum dryers achieve uniform airflow and more even heating.
- Heating methods include steam, gas, and oil.
Biomass Pellet Mill
- Core: Used to produce wood pellets.
- Output can be configured according to customer needs.
- High production speed and high-quality wood pellets.
Cooler
- Once the pellets are produced, they have a certain temperature. If left to dry naturally, the time will be longer, so a cooler is needed to shorten this process.
- It is usually used after the pellet mill, in the latter half of the entire wood pellet production line.
Packaging Machine
- Used as the final step in the complete wood pellet production line to package the pellets.
- Packaging range: 5-50 kg, bagged as required, with adjustable bag weight.
Wood Pellet Manufacturing Process
The pellet production process can be divided into four steps: high-efficiency crushing, drying, pellet extrusion, and cooling and packaging.
Crushing - Hammer Mill: This machine is the main unit for crushing materials.
Drying – Wood Chip Dryer: This machine dries the raw materials.
Pellet Extrusion – Pelletizer: This is the key equipment for producing high-quality biomass wood pellets.
Cooling and Packaging – Cooling Tanks and Packaging Machines: The final step is to package the wood pellets into bags.
In these processes, conveyor belts, cyclone separators, etc., are also used. It is also suitable for small-scale wood pellet production.
