Production Process Analysis of Fresh Branch Pelletizing
Process Flow:
1. Crushing: Wood is coarsely crushed using a high-efficiency crusher, capable of crushing scraps, slender pieces, thin round logs, and other relatively heavy loose materials, as well as pure round logs ≤ 500mm.
2. Drying: The crushed material is dried in a rotary drum dryer.
3. Grinding: The dried material is finely ground using a high-efficiency grinder, with a single machine output ranging from 1 ton to 8 tons, meeting various needs. 4. Pelletizing: After being crushed, the material enters the hopper and is fed into the pelletizing machine via a spiral auger.

5. Cooling: The high-temperature pellets are conveyed to a cooler for cooling.
6. Packaging: The cooled pellets are then packaged in a packaging machine.

Advantages: Lower raw material costs, better pellet forming effect, and higher profit margins.
Disadvantages: Limited by raw material shortages, production capacity is difficult to increase.
How to Build a Medium-to-Large Biomass Pellet Plant
Find raw materials that can be directly processed into pellets, such as branches, wood strips, and wood scraps, preferably dry materials.
After determining the raw materials, determine the plant location. Ideally, the plant should be located near the raw materials or have convenient transportation access; both are best.
Transformers: The biomass pelleting industry consumes a lot of electricity. After determining the production capacity, select a transformer that matches the equipment manufacturer's power requirements.

Belt Conveyor

Belt conveyors offer strong conveying capacity, long conveying distance, simple structure, easy maintenance, and convenient programmed control and automated operation.
Rectangular Bin
Made of thick galvanized steel, it boasts high density, is resistant to deformation and corrosion, and has a long service life. It features a modular structure for easy transportation and on-site assembly. A hydraulic equalization device at the bottom prevents material bridging. A bottom-mounted screw conveyor with frequency conversion feeding ensures stable feeding to the pellet mill.
Cooler
Utilizing a unique vibration-type discharge mechanism, it operates smoothly and discharges efficiently. Employing a counter-current cooling principle, it ensures thorough and uniform cooling of the pellets.
Packaging Machine
